Volunteer Coordinator 2005 provides access to over 40 report and printing options. The Report Menu shown below is used to generate and to access submenus from which additional reports are generated. |

Preview or print a variety of documents which include contact lists, volunteer and venue schedules, and signup sheets for shifts that still require volunteers. Name tags can be printed with the option of entering a one -or-two line heading with the event name. “Summary Reports” provide you with several choices for totally the hours worked by your volunteers. Enhanced features include the ability to generate reports for a selected date range. |
